In what has become a tradition for Jordan sneakers, Jordan Brand is set to release a "UNC" colorway of Chris Paul's signature Jordan CP sneaker. The "UNC" colorway of the runner up in the NBA's MVP voting features a White Leather upper with University Blue accents at the sole, heel, and tongue. The midsole and heel also feature White Patent leather.
The "UNC" Jordan CP is available now.

nice colorway! i like this..if i got money..ill cop!!! well if i have funds!
I thought CP3 went to Wake Forest, an ACC rival of North Carolina this color way makes no sense.
^CP is from wake forest w/ no ties to UNC.
..somebody at Jordan F'd up.
Michael Jordan went to North Carolina, hense the UNC colorway. Now about the shoe, it looks like something Frankenstein would have cooked up. I don't get all the stitching, seams and change of materials in the midsole. Chris Paul's game is so fluid and this shoe so isn't...
Wraven any sneakerhead knows MJ went to North Carolina. Let me ask you this, why would you stop here why not the Laney High CP3 colorway? Does not make sense right, get my drift.

Learn to read before you complain.
I get your drift Chon, but I'll go you one further. How about the "MJ's crib color from when he was 3 months old" CP3 colorway...
Lance..what you're quoting is an unofficial KATC description. why isn't there a UNC melo or UNC Jeter shoe? A CW is one thing, naming it using the school name "UNC Jordan CP" is ridiculous.
Let's be honest, the fact of the matter is when you see a White-University Blue sneaker with a Jumpman on it you automatically think UNC. It's an obvious connection. Whether KATC called it UNC or not, I am sure many people would. Especially the random heads that go into a Foot Locker and see them merchandised next to MJs throwback UNC gear. AND, if you are going to rock these with a jersey, yes people still rock jerseys, are you going to wear a Wake Forest jersey? No. A NO jersey? No. A Michael Vick jersey? LOL. NO, you are going to wear it with a UNC jersey. Anyway, it's a nickname, who cares. I am sure that no one on herethat is commenting is going to cop these anyway, I'm not.
stay retired Dean Smith.. Michael Vick? and Jerseys? you're going on tangents and being irrelevant old man.
he, is really doin big things in that ugly a$$ shoe. his game makes that shoe look just desent enough to wear. i guess you have to suck it up with your first garbage shoe hence mj and many others and its your skillz that make that shoe desirable. i know when i saw mike score 40@50 pts in a certain model it brought more of a nastalgic feel to that certain edition ,for example air jordan II.
Rod-your last comment borders on ignorance. Every shoe in the Carmelo Anthony line except the m4 has had a 'unc colorway.' Denver's away jerseys are white/university blue as well my dude. For the record, there is also a Carmelo Edition Air Jordan 12 in the same colorway-Please try to be more knowledgeable when posting. The shoe is very nice in my opinion.
There are some REALLY slow people on KATC...
iReally think the designers need to start giving the athletes on the Jordan Brand some better looking shoes. All the Melo's are disappointments, and the CP3 absolutely blows. I think they should have given Chris Paul the Jordan Enhancers instead. Thats a really great-looking and light shoe.
