Training Camp Opens its Doors in Miami Beach

 
After decades of serving New York City and the outer boroughs, Training Camp has opened it's door down south in the new hotbed for Hip-Hop and kix, Miami Beach. Occupying the old Arrive spot, Training Camp Miami Beach is decked out in true Miami style with White walls, White seats and Chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. As has been the case for decades at Training Camp's NYC locations, Training Camp Miami Beach stocks sneakers from several different brands including the majors, Nike/Jordan Brand/Reebok/Adidas, and independents like Creative Rec. Due to it's location, TC Miami Beach also stocks beach boutique apparel and accessories. To celebrate the shop's opening, Training Camp opened their "Vault" of kix to sell some oldies but goodies including the Defining Moments Pack, BMPs, 06 Easters, and White Jordan Spiz'ikes, for retail.

    I stopped by there and it was trash.I stopped at the spot across from it named Air Traffic Control and scored supreme blazers and Carmine 6's for my lady.This place was just like any mall foot locker

    I went to "TC" for the first time 2 weeks ago and it's dope. The staff is cool and the prices are crazy. Nothing in the store is overpriced and alot of their stuff is below retail. They have a nice selection of stuff.

    What's up guys, props to Kicks and the City for the feature. I'm Alex one the merchandiser for Tc Miami. Jarden my appologies that you didn't care for the store howeever I believe the slander is certainly uncalled for. We certainly had and will have stuff you won't be able to find in the mall. I know for a fact aventura didn't/won't have the 112 pack. I would implore you to stop by again as apposed to bashing the store. And just because our prices are good doesn't mean we have a drug front, or they are stolen, or they are fake. We have 9 stores in New York and a strong reputation with Nike. If this were the case that would have been discovered a long time ago.

    Dt: The guys at ATC are my boys, so please don't insinuate that we are competing. Far from it, we compliment one another very well.

    i think you were the guy in capri's telling me you were getting brands that wouldn't look twice at your store, trying to sell me on world cup af1's from 2 summers ago, that weren't hot than and equally as bad now.

    as a resident to miami, i entitled to my opinion or as you put it "slander," to any store opening up in my hometown.

    your store's reputation may sit will with nike. however, most miami sneaker heads could care less for your store nor advocacy for it.

    Above is the definition of slander. Clearly Jarden with some of your comments that's exactly what you have accomplished. If you are turned off by our business I appreciate your opinion. However to all others out there I would emplore you to stop by and check the place for yourself.
