Nike Day of the Dead Pack Hits Retail
The Nike Day of the Dead Pack officially released yesterday at Nike Quickstrike accounts. The Nike Day of the Dead Pack features a Nike Dunk High, Nike Dunk Low, and Nike Air Max 90 that are each inspired by the Day of the Dead festival. Each of the sneakers features traditional Day of the Dead graphics and styling.
New Nike Air Max 90 iD Options Available Now
The Nike Air Max 90 iD options have been updated on [NIKEiD]. The biggest addition this time around is the cracked leather option, aka, the Hufquake print. The Hufquake print can be used on the mudguard and the overlay. The Nike Air Max 90 iD also features a ripstop option on the base. The color palette includes a mix of Fall/Winter darker tones with some bright color pops as well.

Nike Air Max 90 Day of the Dead | Detailed Look
In celebration of the "Day of the Dead", Nike is set to release the Day of the Dead Pack which includes the Day of the Dead Nike Air Max 90. The Day of the Dead Nike Air Max 90 features a Black upper Black leather and Black mesh. The Black upper is accented with Orange the eyelets and tongue, Purple at the lining and the patent Swoosh. The mudguard on the Day of the Dead Nike Air Max 90 features traditional Day of the Dead graphics in Green, Purple, and Orange and the insole features Day of the Dead graphics as well.

Nike Air Max 90 White Varsity Maize Waffle Pack
With all of the innovations that Nike has put out there, an extensive list that includes Air, Zoom, Free, Flywire, Foamposite, and many more, it is hard to imagine that one of their first innovations came from a waffle iron. In a stroke of genius, Nike founder Bill Bowerman used his wife's waffle iron to create an outsole for a running sneaker. This waffle iron concept eventually birthed the Nike Waffle Racer which went on to change the running sneaker landscape forever.
In homage to Bowerman's ingenious creation, Nike is set to release the Waffle Pack of Nike Air Max 90s. Each of the Waffle Pack Nike Air Max 90s features a "waffle print" on the midsole and a graphic of the "waffle iron man" on the footbed. Included within this pack is the White/Varsity Maize Nike Air Max 90s. The White/Varsity Maize Waffle Pack Nike Air Max 90 features a combo upper of White leather and White mesh sitting on a Black midsole with the Yellow waffle print. The ankle lining also features a Varsity Maize hit.

Nike Air Max 90 Fall and Winter 2009 Releases
This Fall/Winter Nike is set to release a pack of Nike Air Max 90s that each feature slatted design in the midsole. The colorways include a Black/Anthracite in October, a White/Black/Varsity Blue in November, and a White/Black/Sport Red in December. Each of the colorways feature traditional Air Max 90 material usage with a mix of mesh, suede, and leather, and traditional AM90 colorblocking.

Nike Air Max 90 x Dizzee Rascal Tongue N Cheek
On Friday 18th September, Nike Sportswear and Mercury Music Prize winning recording artist Dizzee Rascal will release the very special, and strictly limited, Nike Air Max 90 ‘Tongue N’ Cheek’ sneaker. Created in a special partnership between Dizzee, Nike Design and long-time Dizzee collaborator and creative director, Ben Drury, Dizzee describes his Nike Air Max 90 as “Stylish but simple. The Air Max 90 is pretty much THE street shoe, ‘innit? It’s quite sporty, but when you get the right colours you can wear it with anything. But with this one we tried to keep it quite plain so it could complete any outfit. It’s functional and there was a pretty deep design process involved”.
Drury, who has designed the artwork for three of Dizzee’s albums, including his new record ‘Tongue N’ Cheek’, said, “We’ve had a long standing creative relationship dating back to Dizzee’s first album, ‘Boy In Da Corner’. Independently, we’ve also both had close links with Nike and it just made perfect sense to come together on this project and join the dots. It was an organic, almost unconscious process.”

Nike Air Max 90 Day of the Dead Pack
Earlier this week [we posted a preview of the Nike's upcoming Day of the Dead pack]. The Day of the Dead pack will features a Dunk Low, a Dunk High, and an Air Max 90 that are all inspired by the Day of the Dead, or, El Dia De Los Muertos.
The Day of the Dead Nike Air Max 90 features a Black based upper with Black leather and Black mesh in the toebox. Taking cues from traditional Dia De Los Muertos artwork, the Black is broken up with a Purple patent Swoosh, Orange at the tongue, heel tab, and eyelets and a Day of the Dead graphic on the mudguard.
