In addition to the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Infrared” release date, we also have a confirmed release date for the Nike Air Max Deluxe “Safari Pack” and like the “Infrared” 6s, they too will be joining in on the Black Friday festivities. The release date for both the Nike Air Max 1 Deluxe “Hyper Cobalt Safari” and the Nike Air Max 90 Deluxe “Infrared Safari” is set for 11/28 at select Nike retailers including Nike.com. The retail price for the Air Max 1 is set for $150 and the Air Max 90 is set for $170.
Following up on our own looks at the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Flax”, the Nike Air Max 1 “Flax”, and the Nike Air Trainer 1 “Flax”, Nike has officially unveiled their “Flax Collection” with official images and an official release date. The “Flax Collection” release date is set for 11/1 at select Nike retailers including Nike.com. Retail prices are $125 for the Air Force 1, $130 for the Air Max 1, and $120 for the Air Trainer 1. Walking in the footsteps of the Nike Air Foamposite One “Wheat” and Nike Air Force 1 Low “Wheat”, the Nike Air Max 1 “Flax” features a full Flax nubuck upper with Baroque Brown and Black accents. In addition to the winterized Nike Air Max 1 FB Mid that we looked at yesterday, Nike has colorways of the classic Nike Air Max 1 on deck which includes the upcoming “Obsidian” colorway. Going with a tonal blue colorway of the late 80s classic running sneaker, the “Obsidian” Air Max 1 FB features a mix of leather, mesh, and nubuck on the upper done in Light Photo Blue and Obsidian with hits of Red sitting on an Obsidian sole.
