Converse and CLOT are linking up once again and this time the two seminal brands have come together to create the Converse Chuck Taylor x CLOT “Chang Pao Collection”. The Converse Chuck Taylor x CLOT “Chang Pao Collection” features two Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars that are both inspired by “CLOT’s ideology of East meets West, and draws direct influence from the Chang Pao traditional Chinese formalwear dating back to the Qing Dynasty.” The “Chang Pao Collection” features a Blue suede and White canvas Chuck 70s sneaker that each feature detailed that link back to the “Chang Pao” inspiration. The Converse Chuck Taylor x CLOT “Chang Pao Collection” will be available in limited quantities beginning on Thursday, October 31 at the Juice Pop-Up store in Los Angeles located at 7667 Melrose Ave, the only US retailer to feature the product. Converse and Japan’s Neighborhood have linked up for the first time and they are set to release the Converse x Neighborhood Collection which features Neighborhood designed flavors of the Converse Chuck Taylor Ox and the Converse Jack Purcell Johnny Mid. Keeping true to their brand, Neighborhood went with a simple, subtle, tonal, and premium approach going with a premium Deep Petrol Blue leather upper on the JP and a premium Royal Blue suede upper on the Chuck. The Converse x Neighborhood Collection release date is set for Friday, October 25 at HOODS in Hong Kong, Union in Los Angeles and El Garito de Converse in Madrid. In yet another collaboration with Converse, Dr. Romanelli will once again use the boro – a Japanese technique that recycles old cloth into new material – to construct the latest colorway of the Converse Jack Purcell Hi. Converse and French fashion label Maison Martin Margiela have linked up to create the Converse x Maison Martin Margiela Collection which features Maison Martin Margiela blessed flavors of the Converse Chuck Taylor High and the Converse Jack Purcell. Each of the sneakers is hand painted using Maison Martin Margiela’s White paint and after some wears, the White paint peels to reveal the original color of the sneaker underneath. The Converse x Maison Martin Margiela Collection is set to release this month a Maison Martin Margiela locations and Converse First String accounts for a retail of $200 each. Check out more below.

The Converse Jack Purcell x Hudson’s Bay Company Collection features two flavors of the legendary Converse Jack Purcell that have both been designed by the Hudson’s Bay Company. The Converse Jack Purcell x Hudson’s Bay Hudson’s Bay features a multi-stripe blanket upper done in the Hudson’s Bay Company’s primary signature colors and for the first time ever, the actual woolen blanket is used in these one-of-a-kind styles for Fall 2013.
