After surfacing what seems like years ago, the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Infrared” release date has been confirmed and that release date is set for, as we expected, “Black Friday” 11/28. The sneaker will be available at select Jordan retailers including Nike.com.
The victor is getting all of the spoils right now as in addition to his Air Jordan XX9 PE, Jordan has also blessed Kawhi Leonard with a pair of Air Jordan 6 Retro PEs as well. Similar to the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Gold Medal”, Kawhi’s PEs feature a White and Gold colorway with his “The Claw” logo on the heel.
With five days left until their official release date of 11/1, the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Slam Dunk” is hitting select Jordan retailers early. With that said, if you know shops that sell product early and you are looking to buy a pair of these, you might want to start hitting them up now. Retail price is $250. Jordan has officially unveiled their collaboration with Japanese manga artist Takehiko Inoue and his Slam Dunk manga. The Air Jordan x Slam Dunk Collection features two pairs of sneakers, sold separately, an Air Jordan 6 and a Jordan Super.Fly 3 as well as several pieces of apparel. Each of the pieces in the collection feature artwork from the manga series. The release date for the collection is 10/18 in Asia and 11/1 globally. The pack will be available at select Jordan retailers including NikeStore.com.
Following up on our first look at the Air Jordan 6 Retro x Slam Dunk Packaging from earlier this month, we now have a full detailed look at the retail package. An official collaboration between Jordan and Slam Dunk Manga by Jump Comics, the Air Jordan 6 Retro x Slam Dunk packaging, as well as the sneaker itself of course, features a Slam Dunk manga illustrations throughout the lower half of the box done in Black and White. Jordan has yet to make a release date official so check out the detailed pictures and stay tuned for more.

Taking the collaboration a step further, the Jordan x Slam Dunk Packaging features original Black and White artwork from the Slam Dunk Anime series as well as the official name of the collaboration on the box tag.
