Air Jordan Retro V (5) Phoenix Suns Shawn Marion PE

A couple years back when Jordan Brand brought the Air Jordan V back out, several players in the League got their very own Air Jordan Retro V PEs, including Shawn Marion. Shawn Marion's Air Jordan Retro V PE features a Phoenix Home colorway with a White leather upper, a Silver tongue with an Orange Jumpman, a Purple lining, a Purple midsole with an Orange flame that features Purple speckles, and a clear outsole. The PE hit comes at the heel with Marion's "31" number that he wore when he was on the Suns.

Of course, these will more than likely never release but, we can all enjoy the pics.

Air Jordan Retro V 5 Look See Fighter Plane Sample

When designing the Air Jordan V, Tinker Hatfield drew inspiration from the P51 Mustang Fighter plane. During the round of Air Jordan Fusion 5 releases, Jordan Brand released the Grey Nurse Air Jordan Fusion 5 which borrowed heavily from the fighter plane aesthetic incorporating the Army Green upper, fighter plane detailing, and the fighter plane's eye detail. Although it never hit retail, Jordan Brand did have plans of releasing an Air Jordan Retro V with the same treatment.

The Look See Fighter Plane Sample Air Jordan Retro V features a White leather upper sitting on a Black midsole with a White "flame" with a Red outline. The eyelets are done in Black, the laces are Red, and the tongue is done in reflective Grey. The fighter plane hit comes near the toe with an embroidered "eye" that is also done in White/Black/Red.

The Fighter Plane Air Jordan Retro V was originally scheduled to release during the Spring of 2009 but, Jordan Brand scrapped it from full production/retail release. Read on for more pics.
