Purple Nike Air Force 1 High Officially Wins Nike NYC 1VOTE

After much deliberation, and controversy, the "Purple" Nike Air Force 1 High has officially been crowned the winner of the Nike NYC 1VOTE. Though the "Stash x Futura" Nike Air Force 1 Low Hyperstrike held the lead at the end of the voting according to [NikeAirForce1.com], a recount has reversed the outcome to catapult the runner up to the winner's podium.
The "Purple" Nike Air Force 1 High is set to release later this year as an NYC exclusive.

Come on dude, you can't expect to stuff the ballot box on the final day and believe it was fair. Nike did what many thought was the right thing to do and recount after your all day voting affair at Transit. You put your name out there and got your 15 minutes of fame, now let that Purple Hi get into old school sneakerheads hands

This is more bullshit than the re-count for the bush campaign a couple of years ago. The stashxfuturas had my vote these are nice and all but ill take the stash anyday over these.

See the real tragedy (if such a word should be used) is that everyone who legitimately voted for the Stashes just got rob'd (you dont REALLY think 30k+ really voted for the Purple Highs do you??) I think that the purple highs are old school and clean...I think that people (or person who choose to stay nameless) started voting for them like crazy to counter the hype and manipulation of the voting....I guess in the end like Dude said it aint that serious....But big up to the Highs joints is real clean, they might be my first AF1'S...

The recount was bogus though. It was an electronic voting process. Quite honestly Nike probably has something up their sleeves because they don’t even show how many votes each shoe got anymore. I wanted the stash x future to win but I’m sure Nike has their reasons. At the end of the day it’s no real sweat off my back because I didn’t have the stash’s before and I don’t have em now. The purple hi’s are cool but I wont get em because they are way too REGULAR. So for those of you who voted for the kicks and actually plan on getting em unlike ol’ Chris over here….Congratulations.

One in Business and one is Psychology and they are both from a prestigious university and now I have a good enough job to allow me to buy more than 2 or 3 sneakers a year.
