On April 11th, Nike will unveil the most comprehensive website dedicated to the Air Force 1 ever created, the Nike 1Thology. The 1Thology will serve as an ever evolving shrine dedicated to past, present and future of Force. At launch, the 1Thology will containing detailed histories, detailed tech info, and impeccably detailed images of over 920 Air Force 1s. The ultimate goal of the 1Thology is create a massive central containing ALL 1,700 AF1s ever created. Details of the structure of the site are as follows:
-Over 920 catalogue AF1s at launch complete with a brief detailed history of each AF1 and Tech Info
-All AF1s are viewable in High Res finely detailed shots
-Users can rotate and zoom in on any portion of the AF1 image
-AF1s are searchable by year, pack, color (base color, outsole color, contrast stitching color, etc.), style (low, mid, high), and more. Users can create personal filters from each matrix, for instance, AF1-Mid-2000-Black Upper-Gum Outsole
In addition to the site serving as an extensive viewable catalogue, the 1Thology is also very interactive. Users can:
-Create, save, modify their own Top 25 AF1s
-Create an AF1 widget containing their favorite AF1s, embeddable on website, MySpace, etc.
-Download AF1 Wallpapers for the Computer, iPod, PSP, etc.
-SUBMIT their AF1 own story
-SUBMIT AF1s that are not present in the 1Thology
-Create/Purchase high res AF1 posters
