Nike Zoom LeBron VI Big Apple Detailed Look and Release Details
Nov 26, 2008 | Comments 9

Last night, LeBron James touched down at Madison Square Garden putting up 26 points in 30 minutes as the Cavs embarrassed the Knicks. With the Knicks still in a "trying to right the ship" phase, all of Donnie Walsh's recent moves have positioned the Knicks to be a major player in the 2010 LeBron sweepstakes. LeBron has often said that he loves playing in MSG.
To commemorate LeBron's latest trip to MSG, Nike is set to release the "Big Apple" Nike Zoom LeBron VI, which LBJ rocked in last nights game. The Big Apple Nike Zoom LeBron VI features a Varsity Red perforated leather upper with Varsity Red patent accents. The upper sits on a speckled midsole which does not feature the triple stitching common to each of the other Nike Zoom LeBron VI sneakers. Breaking up the Red, the Big Apple VI features Pine Green accents as well.
The Big Apple Nike Zoom LeBron VI is set to release at select Nike quickstrike accounts on Black Friday, November 28th, in an amount of 23 pairs per store.
Some of the shops in NYC that will carry the Big Apple Nike Zoom LeBron VI include Vault Harlem, the ALIFE Rivington Club, the House of Hoops by Foot Locker, and Champs Times Square.

^^
shhhhhh
they are nice..if i can get em...great..actually like the superman colorway believe it or not!
out of curiousity, what does a "tale of 3 cities" mean? sorry if thats a dumb question
yea, anyone know what that means? cleveland, new york and new jersey for 2010?
those blackones with the clear outsole are nice/ 114 at pickyourshoes.com sz 6-15
I could rock with these, if I were damn near 6'10" and 270... (reportedly LeBron is at 6'9.5" -- WOW!)
But these would be mad bulky on my feet, at 5'8".
Still love the colorway, but the VI all together is just a sneaker I can't wear casually or on the court.
I'm guessing "A Tale of 3 Cities" involves; Akron -- the birth place; Cleveland -- where he plays; NYC -- the inspiration of the "Big Apple" shoe. But my guess would be as good as yours.
Tale of 3 Cities means La Miami NYC
