Earlier this week, the first pics of the Nike Zoom Kobe VII hit the Net, and while those pics were deemed to be slightly suspect, new pics have hit the Net, and, they pretty much show the same exact thing. As I mentioned in that first post, the Nike Zoom Kobe VII will feature a modular insole which features a removable carrier that allows for cushioning setup customization. We first saw this type of setup in the Air Jordan 2011. The Kobe VII also features a foot/ankle wrap that holds the entire innards of the sneaker and your foot together. Presumably, this is for that lockdown fit that Kobe demands in his sneaker. From an exterior standpoint, the Kobe VII features a Flywire upper, a low cut, and aggressive lines. No word on an exact release date as of now. Once I hear something, it will be posted.
