Nike Zoom Kobe V Preview

Following up on the hugely successful and popular Nike Zoom Kobe IV, Nike is set to release the Nike Zoom Kobe V. Like the IV the Nike Zoom Kobe V will feature the low top that Kobe fell in love with and won a cookie in. According to these pics the Zoom Kobe V will feature Zoom Air in the heel and if you look very closely you will notice what appears to be Flywire strands as well.
KATC will have much more on the Nike Zoom Kobe V as it gets closer to the official unveiling. For now, enjoy the pics [HERE].

zoom bb low? lol...its ok i guess
these are ok...not sold on overall shape...was not a fan of the hyperdunk..the toe box looks like the 2k4 which is not a bad look per se...the mid sole looks a little like the kobe1 which i was not thrilled with..the bottom i have major reservations on...looks like the hyperdunk bottom and we all know the hyperdunk as great as a shoe it was..the traction was terrible! i guess we will see though..some of the cw's are nice but the kobeiv blows this away! the kobeiv as i said is so far the kobe line version of the ajiii...instant classic..real talk!
I THOUGHT SHOES WERE SUPPOSED TO GET BETTER AS EACH NEW VERSION COMES OUT I'M NOT TO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THESE I AGREE WITH JAY THE IV BLOWS THIS SHOE AWAY. . .
Think I like the Kobe IV better but these I have a feeling will be more comfortable. I had sizing problems with the IV
Nike does it again. There is a ton of color blocking options. Was afraid they would not be close to the IV's....but they're nice.
same here ... I'm glad they are diff and these will be nicer and ppl will like them as time passes. I have no doubts about it.
Since it's out I guess i can say I've tested them. The first version hurt like mother, something was wrong in the forefoot...but i got a corrected version for testing and it fit perfectly. They are a true low top, but you wouldnt know it by wearing them. Crazy comfortable.

hmm...idk about these...they look...eh. maybe they'll grow on me but right now it's a no. that weird foam, basketball net pattern, snake skin pattern thing is uuugly. and the shape looks like a prototype Kobe IV.
This is NOT the final product. The pictures posted above are fakes. The authentic Kobe V's have a whole flywire upper.
Does any one know the new shoes which Kobe wore in the real training camp? The shoes are blue and white. Looks way better than this zoom kb V.

To samson: Kobe is still wearing the kobe 4 in training camp but its the 4 rings home edition thats why its colorway is purple to white gradient. As for the Kobe V, those are just prototype. Not the final Kobe 5.
Are these kicks Legit ?

I've never worn the IVs but I know this shoe is comfortable. It's not the best looking shoe. It's all synthetic and there is flywire all in there. Its lunar foam and zoom at the heel. Super low to the ground and lot of court feel.
these look decent but you gotta be a die-hard lakers fan to buy those. how many people do you know who wear yellow and purple and its not sports affilated; i can see lsu,lakers, vikings. i want the dj clark kent version i know that lime/black/silver would be amazing
and the kobe ii's were the best ones besides the hurraches he used to rock
zoom bb's, fo sho design wise? i'm just sayin? and i know they could of come up with a more sleeker design than this? a little disappointed!!! but i do dig the lakers colorway's.
They certainly look more minimalist than the IV's, which would 'add' to the lightness. All I know is if they are better cushioned, lighter, snugger and have traction that's good as or better than the IV's, Nike is getting some more of my money.
The Kobe's get mad hype and pr. Some of the colorways are really hot, but I' still not sold on the shoe. I don't know if i could even hoop in that.
Looks like the new trainers nike jus put out wit a lil flare. Not the greatest look but not the worst
