Nike Zoom 81 New Pics

Over the past couple of years, Nike has begun to introduce "take down" versions, a parred down and lower priced sneaker, of Kobe Brant's signature sneaker. Later this year, Nike is set to introduce the take down of the Zoom Kobe III, the Nike Zoom 81. The Nike Zoom 81 retains half of the ZKIIIs TPU cage at the toe with a mix of full grain leather on the body. The Nike Zoom 81 also features the ZKIIIs outsole including the outrigger and adds a visible Zoom Air Unit.
The Nike Zoom 81 is set to release later this year.

It's pretty sad when the "parred down version" is nicer than the original version. At least it doesn't look like a waffle iron anymore.
Better than Kobe 3's? They are Kobe #'s, look at em. Maybe we will get some decent colorways not exclusive to Asia only. If they are as comfortable as ZK-3's, these are a no brainer being in my collection.
