Nike has been showing a lot of love to the Ken Griffey Jr. line of sneakers over the past couple of years by both re-releasing OG Griffey classics, and, by creating new hybrids based on the Griffey legacy. This Spring Nike is once again reaching into their Griffey archive to retro the Nike Total Griffey Max. The Nike Total Griffey Max was originally released in ’99 and was the last signature sneaker that Griffey and Nike released before Griffey moved on to play with the Cincinnati Reds. The Nike Total Griffey Max 99 is set to return in two colorways this Spring, the Black/Zen Grey (February) and the White/Neptune Blue (March). Retail will be $150.
