Ten years ago, Nike took a huge gamble when they signed LeBron James to a multi-million dollar contract fresh out of high school and before he even touched an NBA ball. Ten years later, LeBron James is a 4-time MVP and has just clinched his second NBA title in a row; Nike will celebrate the feat with the Nike LeBron X “Championship Pack”. The Nike LeBron X “Championship Pack” will consist of both the Nike LeBron X PS Elite and the Nike LeBron X Low in special colorways to commemorate the city of Miami and James’ latest accomplishment. The Nike LeBron X PS Elite – as seen on the feet of James in Game 1 of the NBA Finals – will be decked out in Red with Black and Gold accents. On the Red upper, it contains palm leaf detailing inspired by Miami’s signature Art Deco architecture with “2 Time Champion” and “11-12, 12-13″ imprinted in the sneaker’s sock liner. As for the Nike LeBron X Low, it will feature another colorful and vibrant palm leaf floral print and detailing along a Black matte skin upper with a gloss finish and glow in the dark finish on the outsole. The sock liner of that sneaker will also contain the “2 Time Champion” and “11-12, 12-13″ imprints. Both sneakers will also come with hats to match each and Nike will also put out a ‘Witness 2′ shirt. The Nike LeBron X “Championship Pack” will split up with both the hats and both the sneakers being sold together in one package and the ‘Witness 2′ tee being sold separately. The Nike LeBron X “Championship Pack” will be available soon in very limited quantities throughout North America and China.
