Nike Hyperdunk Germany Dirk Nowitzki PE Detailed Look
Jul 07, 2008 | Comments 1

Though Dirk Nowitzki's year with the Dallas Mavericks ended unexpectedly quickly and quietly, ultimately leading to the firing of Avery Johnson, Dirk is undoubtedly looking forward to leading his Germany squad in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. During his time in Beijing, Dirk will be wearing a special "Germany/Dirk" PE of the Nike Hyperdunk. The "Germany/Dirk" Nike Hyperdunk PE features a White/Black Leather upper, a Yellow Swoosh, and an embroidered German Flag and Dirk logo on the tongue. The "Germany/Dirk" PE is one of only a few Hyperdunks that we have seen whose Flywire color does not appear anywhere else on the sneaker (save for the Flag). Because of this, and because of the clear Flywire panel, the Flywire technology and the thin Hyperdunk body are highlighted even more on the "Germany/Dirk" PE than many of the other Hyperdunk colorways.
The "Germany/Dirk" Nike Hyperdunk PE is set to release in limited amounts in late July.
