Though Nike’s new Flywire technology has helped usher in a new era of performance product at Nike with offerings like the Nike Hyperdunk and the Nike Lunar Racer, the durable and light technology will also make an appearance on a retro inspired product as well, the Nike Flywire Air Max 90. First unveiled in Beijing as part of the Nike Sportswear launch, and then in the KATC StockRoom: July 2008/Olympic Footwear Preview], the Nike Flywire Air Max 90 retains the overall look at feel of the classic Air Max 90 with a heavily upgraded performance angle. The Nike Flywire Air Max 90 features a very thin and breathable canvas upper held together with Nike Flywire. The think and light upper sits on the Air Max 90 midsole and a Nike Free outsole at the toe.
The Nike Flywire Air Max 90 is scheduled to release in August.
