Oct 12, 2008 | Comments 3

Each year at around this time Nike takes several of their classic styles and applies a weatherproof/waterproofing treatment in anticipation of the Winter. Usually, Nike elects to use Gore-Tex material, a material found in many workboots. This year, Nike has gone with Spark 3XDRY material and has created two weatherproof/waterproof Nike Dunk Highs. The Spark 3XDRY material stimulates a cooling effect, minimizes perspiration marks, and repels water and stains. The Spark 3XDRY Nike Dunk High features a combo upper of Spark 3XDRY and Leather making for a more casual alternative to the Winter boot.
The Spark 3XDRY Nike Dunk High is available now overseas and should hit select Nike accounts in the US soon.
