Nike Doernbecher Freestyle 5 2008 Series Release Update

The Doernbecher Freestyle 5 Series, Nike's collaboration with Oregon Health and Science University's Doernbecher Children Hospital, is officially set to release this Friday, Nov. 14th, at Niketown locations, NikeStores (new Nike concept stores), and on NikeTown.com. This years Doernbecher Freestyle 5 features an Air Force 1 Low designed by 15 year old Brandi Berger, an Air Force 1 Low designed by 18 year old Colin Couch, a Nike Free Mary Jane designed by 17 year old Emily Giersch, and Air Jordan Retro 1 designed by 16 year old Tony Taylor Jr., and a Nike Air Zoom Vomero +3 designed by 16 year old Staci Wright, and a Nike Air Max 90 designed by Nike's Mark Smith. Each of the children are patients at the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. All proceeds from the sales of the Doernbecher Freestyle 5 will go to benefit the Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
