Following up on the Black/Volt Nike Air Total Max Uptempo, Nike is back this month with another OG colorway of the classic mid 90's Basketball sneaker. The White/Midnight Navy Nike Air Total Max Uptempo features a white texture leather upper with Metallic Blue accents at the Swoosh, around the eyelets, and on the tongue. The classic waved upper sits on a full length Visible Air Unit.

First time I saw these uptempos were in high school.....i thought it was the sickest/freshest/illest pair of nike shoes ever....and at the same time, couldn't afford it. Might cop cause I already got the black/volts....but man, these pictures sure makes it tempting. This colorway brings back memories.
Not sure anyone born after 1986 will really understand what this sneaker represents.This is easily Nike at its best.Great pair of kicks and a Grail for anyone out of BK...And if this is an easy pass you are showing your youth for sure
Ahhh....I had these when I was younger. Very nice hoop kicks (love Scottie Pip), but I always preferred my Js since I slayed kats in my XIIs.
Btw, I don't think this is Nike at it's best but it'd be dope to get these as Nike ID kicks.

Steelo Brown was born in 1976! My youth (relatively speaking) has nothing to do with my dislike of this shoe. I just think at best it is an average shoe. Nike has released much better. Hmmm...Let's see, there's Jordans, Pennys, Pippens, Barkleys...Yep, they have released much better.

You guys are all wrong. 99-00 was Nike at its best. When the flightposite was first introduced, the world was in shock. Now too many flightposite(retros) and ppl seem to forget about the impact of flightposite back then. I can say when this shoe came out, Nike was still climbing up the mountain but very close to the peak.
