Nike Air Pippen 1 Black White Purple

To the delight of many sneaker connoiseurs, the Nike Air Pippen 1 is finally set to make it's retro return. In addition to releasing the OG Bulls "Black/Red" Nike Air Pippen 1, Nike is also set to release several retro+ colorways of the classic style as well. As part of these retro+ colorways, Nike is set to release the "Black/Purp" Nike Air Pippen 1 during the later portion of 2008. The "Black/Purple" Nike Air Pippen 1 basically mirrors much of the OG colorway replacing the Red, with a Varsity Purple and replacing the Black waves on the upper, with White.
The "Black/Purple" Nike Air Pippen 1 is set to release in November 2008.

Tight colorway!!! I had the OG All White with the Gray trim? Would love to add these to my collection?
I read that Scottie's lack of input on this shoe resulted in him not liking it. He didn't care for the design or the Max Air. While Nike didn't change the design of the AP1, the version Scottie wore on court sported Zoom Air. The Pippen 2, which is a cleaner design with Zoom Air, was more to his liking. But you already knew this...
