Nike Air Max 97 (97X) Silver To Return Once Again
Nov 16, 2009 | Comments 5

The classic OG Silver colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 is set to return once again. The retro is pretty faithful to the OG with its Silver upper and Red accents. Unlike past retros, the Visible Air Unit on the 2009 looks pretty healthy. The upper and Vis Unit sit on a soild Black outsole which is different from the last retro which sat on a smoked Black outsole.
The Silver Nike Air Max 97 2009 Edition is scheduled to release in December.

I'd use them to run in but that would be pretty much it.
dope
getting those
When is Nike gonna retro the royal blue/silver/yellow joints? I still have the OG, but they're cracked and I bought them a half size too small because that's all they had.
One of the most gorgeous sneakers ever made IMO. I need a crispy pair (or two) as my "History of Air" retros are starting to lose their luster.
