Nike is set to release an Air Force 1 Low designed to pay homage to the “rich history of Los Angeles Boxing” and Mexican boxer Luis “Kid Azteca” Villanueva Paramo. The Air Force 1 Low “Stand Alone” features 2/3 color blocking with white Ostrich and Brown Premium leather. In addition, an embroidered boxer replaces the Nike Air logo on the heel tab.
To celebrate the release of the Sneaker, Nike will also be holding an event this Saturday, Sept 9th, in Los Angeles. The event will showcase the artwork of Estevan Oriol and Vincent Valdez. The “Stand Alone” event will take place at 1335 Willow Street from 6pm – 10pm.
