Pics of never before seen Air Jordan samples have found their way onto the Net. The samples include the Banned Air Jordan 1 which is a play on the original Black/Red Air Jordan Retro 1 that was banned by the NBA because it lacked enough White in it per the NBA dress code rules back then. The Banned Air Jordan Retro 1 features the same OG Black/Red colorway with “X” marks over the logos. The same “X” marks were also used in the Air Jordan 1 commercial.
In addition to the Banned 1s, the samples include a White/Blue Air Jordan Retro VI. A Flint Grey-ish take on the Air Jordan VIs, the White/Blue Air Jordan Retro VI sample features a textured and smooth White leather upper, Grey accents in the tongue, lining, and heel tab, a Blue/Grey midsole, and a Red outsole.
And lastly, the pics feature a Black/White Air Jordan Retro II. Similar to the Chrome Air Jordan Retro IIs, the Black/White Air Jordan Retro II features a Black nubuck and Black reptile textured patent upper with a White trim, a Black midsole, and a White outsole.
No word on a release date for any of the samples in this post. If I hear something, it will be posted.
