LeBron James Unveils the Nike Zoom LeBron VI
Jul 29, 2008 | Comments 14

Though the Olympics are the pinnacle of sport and athletic achievement, it is also a stage, a world's stage. LeBron James has officially stepped onto this "world stage" with his Nike Zoom LeBron VI. Though their was some controversy surrounding the initial design of the VI and there was some confusion regarding whether or not the sneaker LeBron is seen wearing in these photos is the VI, LeBron James himself confirmed that he is indeed wearing a "United We Rise" version of the Nike Zoom LeBron VI.
At this point technical details such as weight, technology (besides Zoom Air of course), etc. are still unknown. Once we receive more info, it will be posted.

after have seen IV and V... I'm dissapointed with these =/
what's goin on in beaverton? Seems like LBJ's line has become more and more generic looking!
not loving it...
You got that right, shuprhk88. I was optimistic about the line when the 4's dropped but then, well, you know the rest. Part of the problem is there isn't a common design language with this line as there was with the Jordan's. I think the relationship Jordan had with Tinker is part of why Jordan's were successful. Too bad Nike didn't learn from that -- or rather, too bad for LeBron.
I think somehow, the designers are forgetting to make kicks more consumer friendly, when going to the drawing boards for the athletes. There are good things, as well as bad things, on this shoe that makes me say "Okay, cool," then "UGH!"
it got some new balance sole eh?
I like the 3M material and that's about it!!!!!
these don't look like the one's i seen on niketalk a ew months back, i could be mistaken though
i like 'em. they are simple, yet effective. i like the 3m design. maybe they'll look better with a different colorway.
theArchitect is right. Would be nice to see a design theme through the series like the early Jordan's did, but these are a nice change. Simple, clean Nike's. Almost like the Kobe I's.
They look like a classic Nike. Better than the first design. Great color possibilities.
Very clean!!!! I always love his line. I bet they have added some kind of new tech to that shoe that'll make everyone love them. Plus that clear tred-sole is kinda sick. Can't wait to see them in person.
great late 80's design ! very nice lookin' shoe
the shoe actually looks light which is good. kinda reminds me of a remix of the bron I and II mixed with the zoom brave..front looks like an air force 1. shoe looks nice but as other posters have said it looks generic and not really a true sig design..the jordan and the penny line really stood out. this kinda looks like the pippen iv or something. lebron and the kobe line should remove the big swoosh would be a start!
