As the name implies, Gravis' Black Box Collections consist of a collection of products desgined/inspired by key cultural icons. Past Black Box Collections have featured the work of Stash, DJ A-Trak, Kid Millionaire, and T. Raumschmiere. For their upcoming Black Box Collection, Gravis enlisted the "Voice of the Ghetto", Stay High 149, to desgin their Comet Mid, as well as, a number of other products including a hoody, several bags, accesories and more.
The Stay High 149 x Gravis Comet Mid features the tag work of Stay High 149 on the removable velcro strap, along the material on the midsole, and through an embroidered "Voice of the Ghetto" tag on the heel. The Stay High 149 Comet mid is set to release in two colorways, Black/Yellow/Multi and White/Pink/Multi. As was the case with their previous installments in the Black Box Collection, Gravis will release a very small amount of the kix and the accompanying gear/clothing/accesories to a select few stores.
