Defining Moments Converse Pro Leather Jordan Edition Unreleased Sample

When news of the "Defining Moments Package", Jordan Brand's first ever package, first hit the Net, rumors of a potential 3rd sneaker, a Converse Jordan sneaker, swirled. As a tribute to Michael's days as a Tarheel at the University of North Carolina, the Converse Jordan was meant to signify where it all started, specifically with his game winning last second NCAA Championship winning shot. When the Defining Moments Package finally released, the rumored Converse Jordan was nowhere to be found, until now.

New pics of a Jordan Converse Pro Leather DMP Sample recently hit the Net. The Jordan Converse Pro Leathers feature a White Leather upper and Gold accents with a University Blue 23 and University Blue "Last Second Shot-Man" at the heel. The footbed and tongue also read "Converse Jordan Edition".

Due to the fact that Nike owns both the Jordan Brand and Converse, a release like this is possible, but, these sneakers will most likely never hit retail.

  4. TRONTEKKA says:

i think this is a slap in the face to og con heads because nike the evil empire of the shoe game always wants to rub it in to every shoe company that production and endorsed players were always to be better then past and present, and for that jordan make up to be on a con is a low blow and disrespectfull to the "weapon" wearing legend's of past. hence dr.j,bird, magic .

  5. B.E.Z says:

YO FOR COMMENT #5 THIS PERSON MUST NOT KNOW THAT NIKE OWNS CONVERSE WHICH IF THEY WOULD READ WAS REMINDED TO EVERYONE IN THE CAPTION.

THESE ARE FIRE AND WOULD PROBOBLY NEVER BEEN CREATED IF IT WERENT FOR NIKE KEEPING CONVERSE GOING.

  7. j.ny says:

Wow..honestly theses are ugly and its no good to feed in to the hype kids....if these were regular weapons you would call them wack...so call a spade a spade as they say.....PEACE

  8. air philippines says:

imho, i don't believe that this is a diss to the converse weapon wearing basketball legends of the past (magic and larry legend) or even dr.j. this is merely a tribute to a point in time when michael jordan wore this model when he drained the winning shot (against the patrick ewing-led georgetown hoyas) as a UNC tar heel.

  9. Deathshand says:

Jordan wore Converse All-Stars when he was @ Carolina. (carolina blue) as a matter of fact.

  10. Deathshand says:

P.S Why are people saying that those are weapons? Those are All-stars. Just like DR.J used to rock. Not weapons.

  11. briliana says:
