While most of us are preparing for cool weather, the southern hemisphere is preparing for the Summer and Nike is ready with the Nike Breathe collection. The Nike Breathe Collection features Breathe versions of the Nike Air Max Lunar1, the Nike Air Max 1, and the Nike Roshe Run. Nike Breathe sneakers have been stripped to their core essentials and heavy materials eliminated with Spacer mesh placed on the upper to provide pockets of air between the upper materials that allow for increased airflow. We’ve seen several Nike KD7 sneakers hit retail over the past couple of months but we have yet to see a true Oklahoma City Thunder colorway of the Kevin Durant signature sneaker. Later this month, that will change as Nike has the KD7 “OKC Away” on deck. adidas is celebrating a monumental day in German history with the adidas ZX 8000 “Fall of the Wall Pack”. Inspired by the 25th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall separating the former East and West Berlin, the “Fall of the Wall” ZX 8000 pack features three colorways of the ZX 8000 that take color cues from the three military checkpoints that allowed passage between the two sides: Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie. Inspired by Jerry Buss and his signature look while playing Poker, the sneaker features a mix of Brave Blue, Military Blue, Dark Obsidian, and Metallic Silver. In celebration of the the 10th anniversary of Sean Cliver’s “Disposable: A History of Skateboard Art,” Nike SB is set to release the Nike SB Dunk Low “Disposable”. The sneaker features a “Disposable” hit stitched on the heel and the same color palette as the original book with both insoles showcasing the cover art.
