Carnegie Mellon’s Sneakerology class, an elective class dedicated to the study of Sneaker Culture, is set to throw their annual KICKSBURGH event tomorrow, April 15th, at Carnegie Mellon’s Skibo Gym from 6-9pm. The goal of KICKSBURGH is to showcase sneaker and urban culture around the world, as well as highlight the existing culture in Pittsburgh, the home of Carnegie Mellon. The event will include various collectors, vendors, and brands, as well as feature live music and artwork. MaZe, founder of KixandtheCity.com, will be speaking at the event along with Jemayne Lever King the author of “Sole Food”.
KICKSBURGH will also serve as the exclusive retail spot for the [Sneakerology x Reebok Reverse Jam], 101 pairs at $75, and, a location to donate new/used footwear for the [Soles4Souls] shoe drive.
