B Diddy Baron Davis Signs Deal with Li-Ning

A source close to KixandtheCity.com has informed us that Baron "B. Diddy" Davis has left Reebok to sign a deal with Chinese Footwear giant Li-Ning. Davis had been endorsed by Reebok as recently as last season. Unlike Jason Kidd, who recently left Nike for the Chinese Peak footwear brand, Baron Davis is still very much in the prime of his career and with his recent move to the LA Clippers, B. Diddy will be playing in one of the biggest sports markets in the US.

With Josh Childress opting to play in Europe next year, Shane Battier and Jason Kidd endorsed by Peak, and B. Diddy now with Li-Ning, US based Basketball and US based footwear brands might be up against some staunch competition from abroad.
