An In Depth Look at the Home Adidas TS Lightswitch GIL

 
Following up on [Part 1] and [Part II] of our Video Feature with Gilbert Arenas, we take an in depth look at Agent Zero's upcoming Adidas Signature Sneaker, the Adidas TS Lightswitch GIL. Continuing the trend that started with the GIL-0, the TS Lightswitch GIL is a Low Top silhouette, a silhouette that Gilbert Feels most comfortable playing in. The "Home" colorway of the TS Lightswitch GIL, a colorway that links up with the Washington Wizards home uniform, features a predominantly Grey Nubuck upper with a Metallic Blue Tongue and adjustable velcro Forefoot strap. Tying into Adidas' Gilbert Arenas "I Believe" commercial, the TS Lightswitch GILs feature a lasered copy of his illustration of the Basketball court and Basketball in the Mid Panel and Toebox, and, an embroidered illustration of Agent Zero sitting at the end of the bench on the Tongue Stabilizer. Opting for a more subtle Adidas branding, the TS Lightswitch GILs feature a small Orange/White Adidas Logo on the lateral side Mid Panel and a Blue 3M Reflective Three Stripes on the medial side Mid Panel. To provide cooling for the foot, the TS Lightswitch GILs feature Air Vents along the midsole.
 
The Adidas TS Ligthswitch GIL is set to release on 11/23/07 at a retail price of $90.
 
To clear up any confusion that may exist, the TS Lightswitch GILs are the "Home" and "Away" General Release versions of Gilbert's Signature sneaker. The GIL II ZERO, is the exact same TS Lightswitch GIL, remixed into [18 different colorways] through the Adidas Remix program.
