AKATC: Nike Brings Woodgrain To Kix

As sneakers have been considered by many as luxury automobiles for your feet, it was only a matter of time before materials that are more associated with vehicles, made their way onto kix. Nike's "Woodgrain" Pack, which consists of a Dunk High and an Air Force 1 Low, does just that. By combining premium leather and a woodgrain material, the kix in Nike's "Woodgrain" Pack resemble the interior of a high priced custom car. The Nike "Woodgrain" Pack has begun to make its way onto the shelves of select Nike accounts and select chain stores. On our most recent trip to [ARC], KATC was given a preview of the Nike "Woodgrain" Dunk high.

yea i agree. It's a great concept...however you can't really see the detail in the dunks. The air force one's look better with these design. This is coming from a dunk lover if that matters...
there are AM90s in the pack too.. AND they use butter leather!!

That grain matches the pattern on my 06 bimmer but i still wouldnt cop...maybe if that dark brown was lighter and it had SB laces..
