When the news of the Air Jordan V "Green Bean" originally hit the Net some time ago, it was speculated that Jordan Brand would release the sneaker with a 3M upper. As time went on, it was confirmed that JB scrapped the idea of a 3M upper due to the potential cracking and dulling of the 3M material. At this point, nothing has been confirmed on the release of the 3M Sample version pictured above.

*CANCELLED* The "Green Bean" Vs will not be made of 3M they will be made of Nubuck.

*According to Gentry Humphrey at Sole Collector LV, the Green Bean Vs will be 3M*

Now, his collection tallies somewhere near 500 pairs and includes everything from GRs, to QSs, to TZs, to 1 of 1s, to PEs, to Friends and Familys, and anything, and everything in between. His favorite sneaker of all time is the Air Jordan VIII. Beyond loving the physical sneaker, MaZe loves the culture behind it. JORDAN BRAND NEEDS TO TAKE THESE OUT THE SCRAP BOX AND PUT THESE V'S INTO PRODUCTION, BUT FIRST CHANGE IT TO A WHITE, BLACK AND INFRA RED V, THEN 3M IT ALL OUT!!! BTW WHO CARES IF THE 3M CRACKS A BIT. MY 3M DUNK LOWS LOOK GORGEOUS BECAUSE THEY'RE BEAT, IT ADD CHARACTER TO THE SNEAKER!!!
