Air Jordan Retro XX Black Cat from the Air Jordan 3 20 Countdown Package Detailed Look

For the first time since it's initial release three years ago, the Air Jordan XX is set to make it's return as part of the Air Jordan 3/2o Countdown Package. Designed by Tinker Hatfield as his triumphant return to the Jordan line, the Air Jordan XX introduced several design elements to the Air Jordan line including the IPS system and the infusion of Motorcycle inspiration.
As part of the Air Jordan 3/20 Countdown Package, Jordan Brand is set to release the "Black Cat" Air Jordan Retro XX. The "Black Cat" AJXX features a completely Black Nubucl/Leather upper with regional lasering across the body. The Black upper sits on a Black midsole/outsole and the package is completed with an embossed Black Cat on the lace tongue tab.
The Air Jordan 3/20 Countdown Package is officially set to release this Saturday, Oct. 18th.

It's as if Jordan Brand knew these would be overlooked in this pack so they made sure they wouldn't be a distraction by blacking them out. Far be it from me to question Tinker's genius, but these fall short in the looks department.

All the J's after the 17 are wac anyway, excluding the 15 cuz that was the wackest Jordan shoe of all time.
Im just waitin on those reto 1 Highs with the velvet lazor graphics next month. As for this Countdown package you all can have at it.

i fuckz wit dez pack cuz dez XX'z iz on point i dnt really like none of da XX"z xcept da other black & grey onez but i can rock dez da black nubuck goez way harder than sudeue i swear i hate how cheap it lookz on jordanz da 18"z wouldve been coppable if it waz nubuck but JB killed thoz smt
these are the dopest 20s to drop though. 310 is a deal for two pair of js but this is the first pack besides the 7/16 pack where i would rock both pair
TINKER HATFIELD DID DESIGN THE XX'S......XX'S VERY COMFORTABLE BY THE WAY I OWN 3 PAIR INCLUDING THE STEALTHS.......ONE OF THE BETTER PACKS IN MY OPINION....I NEVER HAD THOSE 3'S CANT WAIT....

I like the backround, jordans on a park bench in a nyc park..doesnt get better than that!
the xx's are nice shoes. i have two. they are comfortable and supportive (especially the floating ankle collar/strap which works surprisingly very well provided it is attached to the tongue tab) but lacking in ventilation. another "very minor but irritating downside" to it isn't performance based but more on aesthetics... that is if you're o.c. with how your laces look... the velcro on the floating ankle strap, the mid-foot strap and the tongue tab can really mess up the laces (as in fray them up pretty bad if they get caught on any of them).
You know... I'm one of the few XX fans. I think they're one of the best looking Air Jordans, despite the lack of "air" in the sole! I was initially disappointed with the concept of "laser-ing" the whole shoe in suede/nubuck, but I'm super happy about getting these. I admit, they could have been better, but I'm getting the pack Saturday for the XXs & not the IIIs.
