We've looked at the upcoming Space Jam Air Jordan Retro XIs a bunch of times already but, with the release date getting closer and closer, we'll take another look. Officially scheduled to release on Dec. 24th, the Air Jordan Retro XI Space Jam will retail for $175 and will release in toddler sizes up to Adult sizes. By now, you know the rest.

So, will it be the morning of the 24th? hence some people's release date as the 23rd? (meaning, stores will open the night of the 23rd at midnight, or online stores will sell them as early as 9PM pacific time on the 23rd
i think im just gonna order these on fligtclub or marqueesole for 3 bills..... and take the easy route so if i dont get my pair the day of ill have atleast one pair cuz of course two pairs r gettin copped ... one to rock one to stock....

i am def coppin..i heard these might be moved back up but whatever the drop on these...i have a pair. i have my pair from 2000 so as long as i get 1 on retail i am cool. rather have had this black friday but whatever!
I pre ordered my pair back in August. The arrived at my crib the second week in September and they are magnificent. The only thing I don't like about it is that the shoelaces are thicker than ususal so they cover the design on the tongue. Other than that, they are incredible. I got one pair deadstock and I'm not gonna wear them until I get a second pair when they release.
I ordered these from vmvinc....well worth it. They fit so comfortable. Now I have to find some Concord and the Red/Black XI's to make the XI's game tighter.

Had the 2000 Space Jams, but these are, to me, a lot better. They just look so clean and fresh in person. My fav J was always the Infared VI but since these came out they been pushed to second place. Got mine from vmvinc but still gonna get another.

I was expecting these to retail at $150. Looks like jordan brand didn't get the message about the global recession and the layoffs. i really want to buy these but this recession got me saving up in case there's a drought. and by a drought i mean layoff and no source of income, because it's not looking too pretty in the job market right now. few years ago this wouldn't bother me. but as i got older i dont go overboard with my kicks spending like i used to back in HS and during college (1 year removed from college). Who come up with these prices anyway? :/
Chris, i feel you, the recession has hit everyone hard, including me. I absolutely hate the fact that they are charging $50 extra for a box and plastic shoe trees. But guess what? JB doesn't care. They know us sneaker fiends will pay $175 with no hesitation, thats why they raised the price. They can charge $200 if they wanted to and i can almost guaranteee that they will sell out just as fast. Unfortunately, that's the way the business works, and if you were in their shoes, can you really blame them? They see an opportunity to charge $50 extra with no drop in sales, so why not? People can ***** and complain all they want, and not buy the shoes for $175, but guess what? there are 10 more people out there that will gladly pay $175 (or more) for these shoes.
