Air Jordan Retro IV Black Cement Countdown Pack Detailed Look

After saving the Jordan line in 1988 with the Air Jordan III, Tinker Hatfield's Air Jordan IV permanently positioned the Air Jordan as THE sneaker line of all time. With a little help from Spike Lee/Mars Blackmon and Do the Right Thing, the Air Jordan IV built on the ground work laid out by the III and cemented the Air Jordan legacy for decades to come. With the Air Jordan IV, Tinker introduced several new innovations that would be seen in later models including the mesh netting, the script Flight logo, and for the first time ever, the Air Jordan line received a taste of Nubuck. Though many would complain that the plastic heel tab cut up their ankle, the heel tab and the "wings" made the Air Jordan IV, so much so that when the plastic was replaced in subsequent retros, a huge uproar took place until a couple of years back when the "Mars" IVs and the "Military" IVs brought a rubber heel tab and wings with them.
As part of the upcoming Air Jordan 4/19 Countdown pack, Jordan Brand is set to bring back, for the second time, the beloved "Black/Cement" Air Jordan IV. Faithful to the OG with regards to color blocking and material usage, the "Black Cement" Air Jordan Retro IV from the CDP does feature several alterations from the OG including the rubber heel tab and wings, vertical netting, and a shape akin to the more recent retros. The overall feeling though, remains intact.
The "Black/Cement" Air Jordan Retro IV is set to release this Saturday, July 19th, as part of the Air Jordan 4/19 Countdown Pack.

with a fresh pair that I copped this weekend.by the way the 19's are garbage....
19s are garbage sauce, 4s on the other hand are one of my favorite Js. The white cement are probably a little hotter but for 310 ill pass; my $50 Downtown LA knockoffs look better, they even say nike air on the back instead of a jumpman.
and to add to that
I dont fully promote buying fakes and stuff but if the people making these kicks got there heads out of you know where and actually made shoes in styles/colors that people desired there wouldnt be such a problem. For example being able to buy those 4s that look better than the authentic ones which mind you cost 6x as much and come with a pair that most people will throw away or never wear.. need i say more? I recommend beating them to the punch and remaking kicks that sell rather than funding a task force to stop knockoffers.

nah bro, i have a real collection of shoes alng with 5 pairs iin current styles i.e. Fusion $s in Js Blk/Gry/Cmnt, a pair in Wht/Red/blk and an og J4 blk/Red/Cement. Fact is those colorways could easily be produced be a legit manufacturer and they could make lots of profit. They instead fund a task force to stop the dupers; they could put them out of busieness with better styles. trust me my collection has many original pairs most consist of 2 pairs neither of which have hit the floor, all legit with reciepts; $ for $ without staring a war, in retort to your "low budget" dont say dumb things unless you can prove that. I done need E balls, i got em irl, like my name says I DO, cry inna corner.
PS the 19s blow, and the 4s arent worth 310bucks and the ebay drama FACT!
