Air Jordan Retro III (3) White Cement Clear Sole Samples

Before I get into this post, these samples are not new and are not samples of an upcoming release. Many of you may have seen these before, but I'm sure some of you haven't. With that being said, a while back, Jordan Brand created a sample of the White/Cement Air Jordan III featuring clear outsole. Created to try out a new icy sole rubber compound, the Clear Sole Air Jordan Retro III never made it to retail but a sample did leak out into the public.

nice idea, but a fail in execution...
i remember when he first put htese pics out on SC int he samples collection post. i get the idea but they dont look so great on IIIs but regardless CRAZY sample. Along with every other crazy sample he has.
It's kinda odd that they have the jumpman logo on the back while they have the nike logo on the sole.
Looks like a Canal Street NYC ExlusivE(Fakes)...Yellow(discolored)Clear Sole looks horrible. The Shoe is not released yet and already discoloring thanks a lot JB for the head up on letting us know how this shoe will turn out after a few wears,SMH

Market these as a limited release and watch the sheep follow...i would love to see "copped!" all over the place

they'd look better on blk/cements, DTRTs or the cool greys...now that would get my sheit going

I remember when these had the extremely clear icy soles a few years back when these pictures leaked onto the internet.
Interesting how even when kept deadstock they yellowed over the past 3 years this bad.
Would I cop?
No way. I spend money only on kicks I can wear. If you wore these out on the streets after just a few weeks your soles would be SO YELLOW and then they'd look nasty ugly.
Interesting concept, glad they only made this one pair and never retailed it.

You guys gotta remember, these are samples!! I am pretty darn sure that the icy soles are not going to come out that dirty.
