Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid Leroy Smith
Sep 27, 2009 | Comments 10 |

The ingenious, and often hilarious, Leroy Smith campaign is going to culminate in the release of the Leroy Smith Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid. Unlike the campaign itself which was a big joke poking fun at the real relationship between the real Leroy Smith and Michael Jordan's success, the Leroy Smith Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid is not a joke and is an actual release planned for later this Fall.
The Leroy Smith Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid is inspired by Charlie Murphy's/the fictitious Leroy Smith's eclectic throwback 80s gear and features a mix of Black, Red, Yellow, Gold, Purple, Purple stripes, a Gum oustole, and Leroy Smith's logo on the outsole.
Last I heard, the Leroy Smith Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid was set for an extremely limited release set for this Fall. Read on for a larger pic.

WHAT WAS JB THINKING? REALLY?
"the Leroy Smith Air Jordan Retro 1 Mid is not a joke"
Yes. Yes, it is.
its limited for a reason you butt nuggets
Would make more sense if they made 1 as a joke. Making it a retail item (no matter how limited) is a waste.
It's just getting worse!!!
why the hell did they need to do this !?!? it wasn't even that funny.
Really, I mean REALLY, REALLY!!!??? This Jordan thing is just getting plain silly and dumb. I have a passion for a lot of the shoes but I'm only picking up must-have retros from now on like Space Jams, again--perhaps with the white/red XIIs.
Overkill satuation with Jordans I, funky Fusions, Frankenstein hybrids, low-quality materials, and even deformed retros .... this is getting ridiculous. Adults are growing up and out of the Jordan shoe attachment, and JB is trying to real in the kids harder. But I wont buy these POS's and most of the junk they put out. Look what happened with the Flu Games ... wtfin the world is that? Just a damn shame ... smh
On a side note ... The only thing funny about this whole article is "Charlie Murphy." How is it that Eddie's bro became funnier than Eddie? I miss that dude ... he was a riot on Chappelle's Show.
When will it end?!?!?
JB yet again with another crappy colorway
