Air Force 25th: The Nike Air Force 25 Pix/Video
Dec 14, 2006 | Comments 16

After 25 years of, mostly off-Court, sneaker dominance, Nike is set to introduce a newly redesigned Air Force model, the Air Force 25. With "25 years of basketball knowledge", the Nike Air Force 25 will usher in a new chapter in the history of the Air Force Line. The design and craftsmanship behind the Nike Air Force 25 keeps in mind the principals laid out before it 25 years ago by the Air Force 1; performance, durability, and comfort. During the Air Force 25th Anniversary media event in NYC, KATC took several pix as well as video of Nike/AF 25 designer Tracy Teague, as he gave an in depth look at the Air Force 25.

Right now they should probably stick to the original because the urban market is slow to try something new
Its like old coke and new coke
The sneakers do look nice and if I was air force one consumer I might buy them
I don't know how many are gonna buy it just b/c it's an AF1... but it looks like a solid basketball shoe, so what else could you ask for?
At first i didnt like the af 25 when they first show them a couple of months earlier but now ive changed my mind i really like the lines of the shoe they have a nice profile
This is just a note for everybody to be informed... this shoe is not an Air Force I.. It is an Air Force XXV.. It should not be confused as a NEW Air Force I.. *For example... Remember Air Force II's & Air Force III's.. They were not confused for new Air Force I's... same difference... Air Force XXV is a PURE Basketball shoe.. Made for performance.. And it just happens to look cool at the same time... everybody have a happy holiday!!!!!! DJCK
I hate them they look like the same *** basketball shoe they have now..............life lesson U DON'T MESS WITH GREATNESS.
these look like any other basketball shoe nike has made. i'm not impressed.
im jus likin the colorways...the actual shoe isnt all that great...too plain. at least the af1s had the ability to variate colors and designs
The new shoe is modern, very updated and a natural evolution into the next phase of the Air Force. As others have said, and I have the same feelings, the urban market doesn't move with the latest in "modern". It's more about a street looks which are a blend of tradition and fashionable materials, colors and textutres. So right on: call it something else but don't call it Air Force 1. If it's the XXV time wise, let's do it. If something else then so be it. Just know that Nike doesn't always do everything "right". They are fallible and they will stumble as time moves forward.
they are looking kinda fire
The icy soles usher in the new era flawlessly.
terrible.
is it just me or does that red one look clear with a red sock?
i try on a pair today VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! LOOKS GOOD ON THE FEET but it's kinda pricey fomposite price tag (175+)
WOW I WILL BUY A PAIR OF FOAMPOSITE AT THAT PRICE,AND I THINK EVERYONE IN MY AREA THINKS THE SAME WAY!THESE SHOES ARE NOT SELLING IN MY HOOD!
these shoes look aiight but they arent gonna replace the air force 1
Air Force 25th is a facinating shoe,it contain a deep meaning and deep cultural underground.it is a monunent on the developing road of NIKE.it is very good,
