A Look at the Upcoming Be True to Your School Vintage Nike Dunk Pack
Dec 20, 2007 | Comments 7 |

After taking a backseat to the Air Force 1 in 2007, the Nike Dunk will once again be revitalized throughout 2008. Though the Basketball sneaker has endured nearly 4,000 incarnations, the original "Be True to Your School" series still serves as the pinnacle in Dunk design. Though the "Be True to Your School" colorways have been retroed before, both as Nike Dunks and Nike SB Dunks, the series that spawned the international Dunk movement will make its return once again in 2008, with a vintage twist. Building on the success of their Nike Vintage Running series, Nike is set to apply the same mindset and design characteristics to the Nike Dunk. Each of the BTTYS Dunks, including the "St. John's", the "Iowa's", the "Kentucky's", The "Arizona's'", the "UNLV's", and the "Syracuse's", will feature their original construction, soft leather/nylon tongue, with vintage scuffs, yellowing, stains, rips, etc.
The "Be True To Your School" Vintage Nike Dunk Pack is scheduled to release early 2008.

why would you pay for a scuffed shoe...
people kill each otehr over scuffed shoes..
nike.. shoes arent jeans, dont destroy em
Why would anyone buy some beat up kix for full retail price? Can't you just pick up some real pairs and just rock em until they end up like these? Or what if you take your OG or SB bttys pairs that are scuffed up and resell them as "samples"? and what about the Michigans
Qwack -Ballin in my Sb Dunks every Day -- Scuf up your own Pair _ Dade everyDay
ok i dont have a problem when people where shoes that look older then they do, but the shoe has to be older then the person wearin theml. not when they look old but are actually brand new.
a no go for me. nike sit down and re-think this please.
wow...they not that bad i guess nike wanna bring the retro old look...like wen punk rockers would wear there beat up converse....basically the soho look...hate em or love em...that is the new look now a days
Err...it's not real bad thing that Nike did to the Dunks, but it's weird idea for them to make scuffing them up.
all of these dunks in 1?...im getting the feeling the price on these are going to be too pricey.
