Nike Air Force 1 Low x Nike Air Max 97 Hits Retail

Nike Air Force 1 Low x Nike Air Max 97 Hits Retail

After hitting a spot or two very early, the Nike Air Max 97 inspired Nike Air Force 1 Low has officially hit retail shelves. Different from the [first sample that we posted a while back], the release version of the "Air Max 97" Nike Air Force 1 Low does not features the full length visible midsole a la the Air Force 1 Supreme and the Air Max 97. The "AM97" Nike Air Force 1 does feature a Metallic Silver upper with Metallic Silver leather at the toebox, Metallic Silver mesh in the mid panel, Metallic Silver 3M reflective material on the trim, and a translucent Red outsole. To add the Air Max 97 hits, the "AM97" Nike Air Force 1 Low features the tongue and heel tab from the AM97.

The "Air Max 97" Nike Air Force 1 Low is available now at select Nike accounts.

Ugh, why did they give it a red outsole?? The Air Max 97 is my favorite running shoe of all time (it's one of my favorite sneakers of all time) and I think they could have come stonger on this AF1 representation. I know Biggrizzly hates when we do this but *ahem* I think this would have been better - or rather, a more accurate representation - if it had a white midsole and a black outsole. Just my opinion...
