Nike Flight Lite Low Deep Royal Detailed Look
With many Americans looking forward to watching Team USA go for the Gold in 2008, with the coming and going of every Summer Olympics since 1992, Basketball fans around the world can not help but think about the original/official/only Dream Team. Though many have said that this year's USA Team is the best assembled since the 1992 Dream Team, there will never be another Dream Team. This year's retro of the Nike Flight Lite only helps to bring back more vivid memories of trouncing handed out in Barcelona. Worn by Scottie Pippen during the Summer Olympics, the Nike Flight Lite was heralded as the lightest Basketball sneaker of it's time. Weighing in at under 10 oz., the Nike Flight Lite helped Scottie run circles around his international competition.
Following up on the "Red/Bulls" Nike Flight Lite Low retro, Nike recently released the "Deep Royal" Nike Flight Lite. Utilizing the same classic Flight Light colorblocking, the "Deep Royal" Nike Flight Lite low features a solid Nubuck Deep Royal upper broken up by a White Swoosh.

LOVE these joints! Pip rocked these ones from the 90-91 season.. during the playoffs/finals, you'll see him in the black/white colorway. I agree.. Pip wore the Flight Lite II during the 92 olympics.
