New Pics of the Upcoming Levis x Air Jordan Retro 1 from the 23 501 Collection

Levis x Air Jordan Retro 1

With so much focus on the Air Jordan XX3 and with news of this monumental sneaker spreading throughout the Net, Print, and TV, it is hard to believe that Jordan Brand would have time for much of anything else. Not the case at all. In addition to the Countdown Packs, Fusions, new signature styles (M4/CP3), and new lifestyle styles, Jordan Brand is set to release their 23/501 Levis x Air Jordan collaboration as well.

Set to release in March, the Levis x Jordan Brand 23/501 collection will consist of Jordan Brand x Levis 501 Denim, a Levis x Jordan T-Shirt and the Levis x Air Jordan Retro 1. The Levis x Air Jordan Retro 1 is remeniscent of the [Air Jordan Retro 1 XQ] with its Red and Gold accented upper. Along with the Red and Gold upper, the mid panel, tongue, toebox, and ankle collar feature Blue Denim/Red Elephant print Levis Denim.

The 23/501 Collection is set to release on March 1st at select Jordan Retailers at a retail of $395.

    Serious says:

YO, I like Jordan and Jordan's. I think he's the best thing that ever happened to the sneaker game ever since he dropped his first pair. But he's getting outrageous with these prices it's a legal rape I know you don't have to buy them but we want them especially in the Hood where they are in popular demand. Makes you wonder who are they made for. Surely not the kids is in the projects I grew up with who would go to the hole with their tongue hanging out who idolized him. And they wonder why some people where fakes MAN SAY SUMTHIN'

    Chon says:

Man, I have to agree with Serious, who is the Jordan brand targeting? I have been a serious collector for about three years. I started because joints I wanted when I was young were coming out like the fives and sevens. The reason I could not get them when I was young is because my parents could not afford them. The Jordan brand should have released all the retroes as single shoes instead of packs.

    Jordan says:

This sneaker is what i been waiting for...it doesnt matter what u people say about how its outrageously prised....its not about tha money...its about the passion and culture that these sneakers have created...when Jordan's first dropped in 85' it created its own empire revolved around the culture of people getting together selling trading and enjoying tha values of what we now know as kix...u dont juss wear sneakers you learn something about yourself, its not just another piece of clothing its who you are..This is what i am, my name is Jordan and i think i like sneakers and this is my passion.
