An In Depth Look at the Upcoming Sportie LA x New Balance 576

After releasing two rounds of their Lifestyle Super Team 33 Series, New Balance USA is set to enlist the collaborative assistance of several premiere boutiques including Concepts of Boston and Sportie LA. The Sportie LA x New Balance 576, the first of these collaborative efforts, feature a combo upper of Black Pinstriped Cotton, Woven Print Leather, Carbon Fibre Print Leather, 3M, and Polka Dot Print Patent. The Sportie LA x New Balance 576s are set to release on July 1st at Sportie LA for a retail of $150. 60 days later, starting on 9/1, the Sportie LA x New Balance 576s will be made available at a select group of New Balance accounts.

Sigh, these shoes would be magnificent if they didn't have those horrid polka dots. Hopefully they were inspired by some other design and are keeping consistent with some aesthetic. But man, if they had just extended the pin stripes to the other highlights these would be must cops.

No way...Polka dots are hot. Makes the shoe special and they don't look so ridiculous. Definitely sick...would copp if they were available easy and for around 150
