Nike Air Bakin to Return in 2007
The once controversial Nike Air Bakin is set to make its retro return in 2007. Scrutinized in the late 90s because the "Air" font used in the design made the word resemble "Allah", the Air Bakin was popularized by the "Worm" Dennis Rodman. The Air Bakin is scheduled for an August release at Nike Urban Elite Accounts.

Tim Hardaway was rocking these in the 97 playoffs! Nike dropped Rodman mid way through that season and he switched to converse.

Oh that is Ill! I remember copping these my senior year in high school from the Nike factory store for $20. My whole summer league squad ended up getting them. the bakin's are fire! i still have my OG's but i dont wear them cuz tey are so old the air bubbles deflated. the still look fressh but they whistle when i walk and that is annoying. I cant wait to get these again!
