To all those interested in participating, the Kix and the City DunkxChange contest ends this Monday, April 3rd. 

Here is some new info regarding the Contest:
1) Winners will receive complementary admission to the DunkxChange
2) Calvan Fowler, the man behind Jordan Heads The Film, will be filming at the DunkxChange
3) WINNERS WILL RECEIVE COMPLEMENTARY ADMISSION TO THE KIXANDTHECITY.COM OFFICIAL AFTER PARTY TO THE DUNKXCHANGE (providing that you are 21+, or old enough to not get me in trouble, what after party you ask? Details to be revealed Monday)

To refresh your memory (again)...

Kix and the City DunkxChange Contest

Kix and the City will be taking photo submissions of at minimum FOUR
(MAX 10) pairs of heat.  These submissions must show kix that you 100%
plan on selling/trading (If you send pics of your collection and then
show up on the day of the DunkxChange without your kix you will be
severly clowned, don't play yourself). Although the event is entitled
DunkxChange, AF1's, J's, non Nike kix, etc., are still very much
applicable.

Each submission must contain:
-A tagged (with your email address and KixandtheCity.com web address) group shot of the Kix
-Details on each Kick (size, condition, name, etc)
-What you plan on doing with the kick
    -Trading: What are you looking for in exhange?
    -Selling: How much are you looking for?
-Your location in NYC (if you are not from NYC, please provide us with your location)
-Some details about yourself

Winners
will be selected after the deadline and the winning pictures will be
posted on the site (so that everyone knows where to come pick up their
heat).

sell your kicks for you, we are providing you with an easier way to
sell/trade your kix and some "Ad" space on the site.

Very few people have had the courage to try an accomplish what Calvan Fowler is set out to do. Properly capturing the Jordan Head Culture, while simultaneously pleasing this extrememly shrewd and cynical audience, is a feat that remains untouched. In true Michael Jordan fashion, Calvan is determined to achieve the impossible.

KR, designer of the W1 Adidas Adicolor Highs, amongst many other things of course, will be on hand tomorrow night at ALIFE NYC from 5 - 7pm signing his new book titled "It's All In My Head".

Adicolor Lows: Release dates = 1st April - Tier 0 Stores ONLY.
Adicolor Hi's: Release dates = 21st / 22nd April - Tier 1 stores.
Century Lows: Release dates = 19th/ 20th May - Tier 1 stores.
Stan Smiths: Release dates = 6th/ 7th - May most stores,( Footlocker, Champs etc)
Superstar 2's: Release dates = 8th/ 9th - April most stores.
Footlocker Exclusive Superstars should be released around may 5th( subject to change.)

To elaborate on what was posted on NT, ALIFE, Dave's Quality Meat, and the Adidas Store in SoHo will carry the Adicolor series. Also, Foot Locker will carry the enitre NYC series found on the bottom row of the pic above.

Kid Robot NYC will be hosting the release/signing of the Bill McMullen designed (Air Max 95 inspired) Shuttle Max Vinyl Figure on Thursday, March 30, from 6 to 8pm. If this release is anything like the recent Dunny release, I suspect it will be worse for some reason, I bid thee all good luck...

The Nike Air Force 1 Low Premium "Sheed" is set to officially release on April 1st.  As is always the case with sneakers like these, you could probably find them now if you looked.
